Come create a personalized charm bracelet or necklaces from our large selection of affordable charms. 

Book a time today for you and your friends and family to join us. Walk-ins are welcome!

Reserving in advance is recommended for groups greater than 5 or those wanting the workshop experience.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $10 per person and used towards the final purchase.

Option 1: Come in and pick your charms and let us assemble it for you.

Option 2: Let us know if you would like to transform it into a workshop and learn to assemble it yourself. All tools and instructions will be provided.

Location:  Temporary Space - Heritage Square 8500 Macleod Trail (South Tower), Calgary, AB .

Time: By Appointment ONLY. Walk-ins will be available once we move into a permanent location (late spring). 

 

For large parties or events we can offer the following package options:

  • Host Paid
    • Preset Packages - Let us know your event or per guest budget and we will create 3-4 packages for you to pick from. This is a more predictable options and prevents any surprises.
    • OPEN Charm Bar - This allows your guests to pick from our full selection of chains and charms. We can set a max number of charms per guests and the final invoice will be calculated after the event.
  • Host's Treat
    • Hosts can prepay for a portion of the costs. Here are some examples below.
      • Hosts pays for the same charm for each guests.
      • Hosts contributes a set amount towards everyone's piece.
      • Hosts pays for the chain.
  • A la Carte
    • Preset Packages - Tell us your budget per guests and we will send you 3-4 options to pick from. This helps your guests manage their expectations and a good option for events with limited time.
    • OPEN Charm Bar - Our most popular option. Every guests takes care of their own piece and they have access to the full selection of the charm bar. Guests can chose as many or as few charms as they like. 

Any time during business hours. We ask that you come at least 1 hour before closing to allow yourself time to complete your piece.

Cost of the final charm bracelet or necklace will vary based on the number of charms and the style of chain selected.

Charms range from $4-$9 each



*Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred to another date if rescheduled 24 hours before the start time. Rescheduling requests less than 24 hours notice will be subject to review and may forfeit the deposit. Deposits will be forfeited for no shows.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

Average shipping times: Please note that these estimates do not account for the processing time.

  • FedEx 2-Day:  3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
