Design your unique piece and experience the process of permanent jewelry but add a clasp. We have a selection of different clasps that can be added at the time of the appointment or at a later date.

The flexibility to turn your permanent jewelry into a clasped piece can make saying yes to the spark that much easier.

Details

Gold filled and sterling silver clasp options are included with our lifetime warranty for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We are happy to add clasps to chains and permanent jewelry from other businesses for a fee.

Lifetime warranty does NOT include complimentary clasps for 10K, 14K gold permanent pieces.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

  • FedEx 2-Day:  3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
