Cashmere & Vanilla Candle

Each candle contains a genuine natural diamond. Burn your 100% soy candle to enjoy the scent and you will reveal a small surprise.

◾️Diamond can vary in size between 1.3mm to 2.5mm (valued at $20-$75)

◾️ Remove the small container wrapped in foil with tweezers or other tools. DO NOT TOUCH THE HOT WAX. Set the container to the side and allow it to cool down to a safe temperature before you try to reveal your diamond.

◾️Collect your diamonds in the miniature jars and bring them to LYLAS Jewelry when you are ready to create your jewelry*.

◾️ All diamonds are ethically sourced and follow the Kimberley Process.



*Cost of jewelry is additional and will vary based on designs.

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

• FedEx 2-Day:  3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

Returns

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
