  • Walk-Ins Welcome: Pop in anytime; availability is first-come, first-served.

  • Choose Your Style: Pick from a variety of chain options and finishes.

  • DIY or Assisted: Get hands-on in our workshop and assemble it yourself, or let our team carefully craft it for you. *only available for stainless steel option

Handcrafted in our Calgary boutique, every handchain is a piece that’s both an accessory and a memory.

Duration: Please budget 60 mins for appointments. More intricate designs will take longer.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

Average shipping times: Please note that these estimates do not account for the processing time.

  • FedEx 2-Day:  3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
