Explore your creative side and join us for a day of fun. Reserve your spot online or pop by the store during business hours.
This unstructured option allows for more flexibility and creative freedom. Come to our store and let our staff know you would like to do our wax carving and we will prepare your tools and instructions. Go grab a drink or snack at the cafe and enjoy your time creating your masterpiece. We are always available to help answer questions or assist you through the process. This option is not as guided and structured as our monthly workshop but you will still have everything you need to create a beautiful piece of jewelry.
Once you are happy with your wax ring, we will transform your one of a kind ring into sterling silver. Your uniquely created ring is ready to pick up in 4-6 weeks. The wait times for our IN CAFE carving option is longer as we wait to cast all the pieces together.
Location: LYLAS Jewelry at 417 Riverfront Avenue SE Calgary, AB. Inside CAFE 417.
Time: Any time during business hours. We ask that you come at least 2 hours before closing to allow yourself time to complete your ring. Feel free to come back within 14 days to complete your creation. We will hold onto your work in progress and have it ready for you when you return.

Processing Time
Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery. The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

- FedEx 2-Day: 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- FedEx Overnight: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.
Warranty
LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
