Gift Card

Terms and Conditions:

This gift card may be used toward any in store products or services including permanent jewelry and private event bookings. It cannot be used to purchase another gift card or gift certificate.

Gift cards are final sale. They cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.

Gift cards issued at the time of purchase cannot be used for 24-hours. This 24-hour hold does NOT apply to gift cards that are scheduled for delivery on a future date. Those gift cards activate immediately upon delivery.

The physical or digital gift card must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem its value.

We reserve the right to cancel and void the gift card without a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, tampering, or unauthorized use.

If a gift card is lost, stolen, altered, damaged, or used without permission, it will not be replaced or refunded.

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

Average shipping times: Please note that these estimates do not account for the processing time.

• FedEx 2-Day:  3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

Returns

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
