Explore your creative side and join us for a day of fun. Reserve your spot online or pop by the store during business hours.

This unstructured option allows for more flexibility and creative freedom. Come to our store and let our staff know you would like to do our silver clay workshop and we will prepare your tools and instructions.  Go grab a drink or snack at the cafe and enjoy your time creating your masterpiece. We are always available to help answer questions or assist you through the process. This option is not as guided and structured as our scheduled workshops but you will still have everything you need to create a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Once you are happy with your piece of jewelry, we will transform it into fine silver 999. Yes, we get to play with fire! Your uniquely created charm is ready to bring home immediately. 

 

Location:  LYLAS Jewelry at 417 Riverfront Avenue SE Calgary, AB. Inside CAFE 417.

Time:  Any time during business hours. We ask that you come at least 2 hours before closing to allow yourself time to complete your piece. Due to the nature of the precious metal clay, you must finish your piece in ONE session.

No experience needed. Dress for comfort and come join us for a unique experience!

Details

Workshop includes 5g of fine silver 999 clay and additional clay can be purchased for larger creations.

Necklaces are up to 18" with an adjustment at 16". Choice of different styles are available.

Our fine silver 999 option is the most popular choice. You have the option to add a 14K gold plating for an additional fee but you will not be able to bring your piece home the same day.

**Please note, we will be using torches to finish the piece of jewelry. If you are uncomfortable with this step, we are happy to assist and complete that portion of the workshop for you. Please let the staff know before the start of the session.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

Average shipping times: Please note that these estimates do not account for the processing time.

  • FedEx 2-Day:  3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
