Gift Certificate: Wax Carving Workshop

Each ticket includes the following:
- A polish sterling silver ring
- Snacks and refreshments
- Goodie bag

Workshops are usually located at CAFE 417 or in the Calgary downtown area.


Our sterling silver option is the most popular choice. You have the option to add a 14K gold plating or upgrade to gold (10K, 14K, 18K) or platinum during the workshop.

Due to the varying weight of your final wax carving, we are unable to price this option in advance. Our staff will calculate your upgrade to our premium metal options at the end of the class. We suggest hollowing the inside of the ring for comfort and to reduce weight.

Certificates are final sale and not eligible for refunds. You may contact us to transfer the certificate to someone else or exchange it for store credit for the amount paid.

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 days. Our 'Pre-order" items will have their estimated availability listed. Bridal wedding bands with no modifications require 2 weeks for production. All "Custom made" items require approximately 6-9 weeks for production. Please be advised that the shipping method selected does not expedite the production time of your order. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

Once your items are ready to be shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Signatures are always required upon delivery.  The purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package being returned to Lylas Jewelry.

• FedEx Overnight:  2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx International:  2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)* *International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Lylas Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

Returns

We offer returns and exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of delivery in Canada and the United States. Exclusions apply. For more details, click HERE.

Warranty

LYLAS offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within Canada and the United States. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, and broken clasps. Resizes are not included.
